Because of this, there are bound to be some weapons that many players consider to be overall better than the rest of the horde. It would be a good idea for players to learn which weapons are some of the best of the best, so this way they aim for perfection.

7 G5 Earl

The G5 Earl is classified as a sidearm type of weapon - as it turns out, thankfully, having a pistol (such as the G5 Earl) as a sidearm is essential for winning matches. This is due to the fact that it takes longer to reload a gun than it does to just switch to another weapon.

The G5 Earl is considered to be a good choice of sidearm, due to its shockingly high accuracy (one of, if not the highest in the game). However, it is only good for close range combat; it becomes less precise when a player gets further away from a target, so it is best to keep that in mind.

6 R21 Brute

Usually, a shotgun cannot fire more than one bullet every few seconds - this is just something that many players accept. However, what makes the R21 Brute stand out from the masses is the fact that its firing speed is insane for a shotgun.

It might not be the fastest gun overall, but for a shotgun it is very fast. There are a few downsides to this weapon - such as the recoil - but for what it is worth the R21 Brute is still one of the best choices of weapons for a player to use in Shatterline.

5 Z-940 Drachen

Up next is the Z-940 Drachen; this gun is classified as a submachine gun (which is shortened to an SMG). Its stats are incredibly good, and it can be really good for players who just want a gun to pick up and go with.

The Z-940 Drachen is just about the only SMG that does not need any attachments to it, meaning a player can just use it quickly and go. However, the further a player gets from an enemy, the less damage it will deal, making it only great for close range combat.

4 XM-27 Pacifier

Assault rifles are generally considered to be one of the better types of weapons in the game Shatterline, and the XM-27 Pacifier definitely belongs on the list. This is, of course, due to its pretty high damage.

One problem that many people may have with it, though, is that it has very low accuracy, making it harder to take a good shot. A player can modify the rifle to have better accuracy, but a player will still be struggling to make a precise shot.

3 SAG-8 Reaper

Sniper rifles are good for players who want to make one shot and instantly kill off an enemy. As such, anyone who is looking for a play style more tailored towards sniper rifles should use the SAG-8 Reaper.

This rifle can instantly take out an enemy, due to its very high damage. However, it is worth noting that the rifle is not exactly the most stable, and a player should remember to modify their rifle to stabilize it - most players have figured out using the Reaper Mural with it is going to be the best idea.

2 A-9 Legatus

Although it is not the most stable gun (nor does it have the highest damage), the A-9 Legatus has solidified itself as one of the best guns in the game Shatterline. This assault rifle literally has the fastest possible rate of firing in the game, and it is insane to use.

Although it does not have a lot of range, the A-9 Legatus will basically mow down everything in its path. Its magazine is a bit smaller than usual, but it can be extended with a few attachments that modify the amount of bullets it can hold.

1 Tornado

Finally, we have the Tornado; the last submachine gun that a player will be able to unlock in the Armory tree. There is a reason why the Tornado is the last submachine gun a player can get - it is insanely good, and one of the best weapons in the game.

Like most other guns, it does not have a ridiculously high attack stat, but it makes up for that with everything else. Its stats are very well-balanced, with good damage (just not insanely good), a very high fire rate, and it is very stable - a player should definitely make sure that they go for the Tornado in order to improve quickly.

Shatterline is available on Microsoft Windows and GeForce Now.
