Indian Premier league (IPL) chairman Rajeev Shukla, on Thursday, said that he has no qualms in chairing the Governing Council meeting here Friday, though he is not sure whether he would continue after his term ends in October. In the wake of the IPL spot fixing scandal, Shukla had tendered his resignation, but Board Of Control For Cricket In India (BCCI) interim chief Jagmohan Dalmiya turned it down. “I can chair the governing council meeting, it is no big deal, but the question is whether I want to continue after October,” Shukla told IANS....

According to reports, a security guard at Richmond Animal Care and Control found the 2-year-old boxer-pit mix at 9:30 a.m. Shelter staff immediately spotted signs that the dog was at death’s door, and rushed him to a veterinarian. Although staff initially believed that the dog, now named Olympus, had been left with the intent of being found, surveillance footage found that the apparent owner dumped the animal at 2:36 a....

Speaking to Famitsu (as translated by Gematsu), Suzuki said Shenmue 3 was ready to enter “full-scale production,” which likely means that the team will be hard at work testing the game, ironing out bugs, making any necessary changes, working with voice actors, and polishing all aspects of it.
